We stand by the quality of our service and products. That said, due to the nature of tobacco products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, we will always help if there’s a genuine issue with your order.
No Returns for the Following:
✅ If you simply change your mind after purchasing
✅ If you ordered the wrong product (please double-check before paying)
✅ If packaging has been opened or tampered with
✅ Due to health regulations, opened products cannot be returned
We Will Offer a Refund or Replacement If:
✅ You receive the wrong product
✅ Your order is damaged during delivery
✅ Your parcel goes missing and cannot be tracked
✅ The product is faulty or not as described
In these rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with a clear photo and description of the issue. We’ll assess the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible — either by refund or resending your item.
